Our founder, Ray C. Funnye, discovered early in his career that the most successful infrastructure projects aren't just engineered, they're grown from the ground up through genuine partnerships with the communities they serve. This philosophy guided his journey from plans examiner to Public Services Director, where he stewarded a $22 million operation and a $89 million dollar Capital Project Portfolio. He also founded The Village Group, a nonprofit that has served over 250+ students annually and distributed thousands of pounds of fresh produce to underserved families.
